This firm provides security covers by appointing security guards to various industrial and business establishments, hospitals etc. Well trained Ex-military officers, JCO’s , NCO’s retired Police officers and energetic ex-service men are in control of the firm. The training is imparted for a minimum period of three months and after that they are placed in small units and closely observed fir their performance

After satisfactory performance they are deputed to major areas.A senior security advisor of the firm organizes night checking of guards by field officers.The security cover will be provided to any establishment on contract basis for a minimum period of 1 year. If in termination of contract by either side, minimum one months notice is to be served. Managing partners of the firm will visit the establishment once in a month to discuss the security cover for the concerned establishment with a view to ensure security arrangements provided are satisfactory and up to the mark.

1. The Security guards posted should be non-drinkers
2. The security guards will be in uniform and will perform duties round the clock.
It will also be ensured that the guards placed for duty do not become too friendly
with the personnel of the neighboring establishments.
3. There will be night checking and surprise visits by field officers.
4. The Security officer’s behaviour will be exemplary with the employers of
the establishment concerned.
